MSW filtrate treatment plants are systems for cleaning filtrates from landfills of solid household waste (MSW). They are designed to remove polluted wastewater that results from the infiltration of atmospheric precipitation through the landfill body due to the moisture content of waste and biological processes of solid waste destruction. The structures can be in a ground-based modular design in a factory-ready container. The equipment is assembled and utilities are installed inside the container in the factory. To put it into operation, all that remains is to install the block module on the foundation, connect pipelines and drainage, and ensure a stable energy supply. The purified filtrate can be reused for irrigation of the landfill, sent to an evaporator pond or dumped into a reservoir.
